OBJECTIVE:

To be selected to be responsible for your Water/Wastewater operation, applying my skills and talents to work within the organization so as to optimize the operations & to realize exceptional cost savings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

C              More than fifteen years of hands-on experience operating many variants of wastewater treatment process units and for the past five years, have served as an active Managing Consultant to a variety of industries, achieving and maintaining improved wastewater treatment with less cost. Have developed a working knowledge of  selecting and using wastewater chemicals and also selecting, installing & repairing wastewater equipment.

C           Greater than twelve years experience as an instructor/trainer in Wastewater and Industrial Health & Safety, topics. Most recently, however, I deliver Training-Real Time (Live) on your computer via the World Wide Web. I could use this technology to train personnel simultaneously in multiple wastewater facilities.

Work Qualities:

C              Decision making in a thorough and timely manner by data gathering and analysis pertaining to wastewater equipment, wastewater treatment processes and personnel issues was natural but now is a mature ability.  I make these decisions either face to face or remotely; such as over the phone or by correspondence like e-mail. This applies to the need and use of wastewater equipment, the quality of wastewater treatment and the proficiency of all wastewater  and wastewater related personnel.

C              Leadership qualities are evidenced by the fact that I earned an A level Wastewater Operators License in less than four years when the normal time to achieve an A level Water or Wastewater Operators License is a minimum of four years. Also leadership is an obvious result of my design & delivery of Water and Wastewater training courses. Additionally, leadership is seen by all of my Wastewater Consulting clients in that I lead them through problem solving and cost saving. As a trainer, leadership is a result of my being the first wastewater trainer nationwide to deliver Training-Real Time (Live) on your computer via the World Wide Web and also the first wastewater trainer in South Carolina to train via satellite to the state Technical Colleges.

C              Organizational skills which I command are distinguished by my gift to plan, schedule and budget. Additionally, I am experienced in organizing and reporting wastewater activities on self designed operational check sheets and also I am very knowledgeable of techniques for clear and concise data entry in wastewater operational log books. The operational check sheets require recording actual data on a two hour frequency. The check sheets also contain standard operating ranges for each actual recording and through my training all operators are empowered with the knowledge to take the necessary corrective action to maintain actual results within acceptable standard ranges. If however advanced corrective action is required, the operators contact me for additional instruction.

C              Personal traits I use to my great advantage are communication skills. I use these skills to train and discuss my thoughts, ideas and suggestions with other managers, wastewater operators and regulators. Another personal quality of mine is the tremendous drive to invest my own time and money to increase my knowledge and therefore advance my wastewater career.

C              Work characteristics include dependability, versatility and adaptability. All of my references will substantiate the fact that no matter the circumstance, when I tell someone that I am going to perform a certain task at a specific time; I execute that task at the specified time.

C              Identifying & utilizing the best abilities of others is a unique accomplishment of mine.
